Tonight I cleaned off the mating surfaces of the primary/derby cover, gathered up everything I need to install derby cover tomorrow night. Cleaned shop a little. It's been a long day. About ten minutes worth of work left then I'll take the bike for a short ride to let it warm up, recheck the fluids. After that, I'll put ride on sealant in the front tire -then it's time for the long ride I've been waiting for.

Well since weather is going to be ugly for the next week figured good a time as any to pull bike apart and repaint it. Painted it a few months ago but had some flaws. Changing color again. Fun part of managing a paint and body supply warehouse, I get to custom mix paint colors. Here's to hoping. New color How it currently looks
