What did you do to your Dyna today?
Help, I've fallen and I cant get up! lol
I havent ridden the Harley in over a year. I took a lot of stuff apart on it back in December 2016 then had two strokes in Feb 2017. So it's been down a long time. Man this ride is going to be great!!! Supposed to be 62 degrees tonight.
I've already started collecting parts for the next round of upgrades, mods, etc.
My bride, riding buddies, and neighbors all noticed a huge improvement and it still sounds reasonably badass to me. I just reflashed the tune on my V&H FP3 Fuelpak Tuner to reflect the baffling change and I am good to go. Can't discern any drop in performance.
Rolled over another 5,000+ miles last week, time for another oil and filter change. It has been 10,000 since I changed the transmission and primary so all three got done this morning. I'll be riding to San Diego in ten days weather permitting, and that is likely the way this non winter has gone so it was good to get these maintenance items checked off.

Good day today , to fart around in the workshop.
I had a spare S&S air cleaner cover .
Using my rotary table I slotted and opened up some windows to increase the air flow of my newly hand crafted air filter........... sanded & glass beaded the chrome , sprayed with wrinkle paint.
I took a couple of hours to carefully carve this away, initially I was gonna go with a bunch of 1/4" slots , that changed three sizes of windows.
Sanded and glass beaded
Sprayed with Harley Wrinkle paint , jerks at the dealership charge $30 / can !!!
The hand crafted part of all of this that inspired a higher flowing cover.........
