Question, what's the adjustment screw on the master? Is it for a brake light? Never saw one like that before.
It's coming together very nicely. Can't wait to see the finished product.

I think it's just for adjusting the position of the lever relative to the grip.

There's no provision for a brake light switch on the controls themselves, so I got these banjo bolts with integrated switches:

Not a one.

Not a one. The only switches will be the two for the brakes.

I do have to have a horn to pass inspection. I'm going to bolt a cheapo, battery powered bike horn on the bars, then take it off after the State approves.

Here's one for the "Can't believe that worked" list.

I was doing some final fitting on the fender, getting ready to fabricate the new struts, when I realized the radius was just a tad too small.

After a fair amount of noodling, I had the idea of using a tie down to squeeze it against this pole in my garage. Took a few tries and a frightful amount of force (I was sure it was going to buckle at any second), but I'll be damned if it didn't get there.

One step forward, one step back.

Re-made the rear struts for the newly modified fender and got that all welded up. Really glad I went ahead and re-did all that. Very pleased with the result.

Bad news on the exhaust. The cold saw I was planning on using isn't making it on that stainless tubing. Got though about ten cuts and that was all she wrote. Going to have to figure something else out.
