The HD LP is definitely my favorite for riding position, and I like it enough that it stays on 95% of the time, but anything over a couple hours riding hard and it gets uncomfortable. The Sundowner is Cadillac-ish But makes my Street Glide fugly, plus it puts me and my chick up high enough I have to swap windshields. I will let you know what I go with.
What is that Corbin model called? The Hollywood? It sure looks good. Any pics with the pillion installed? Does the pillion attach like an HD with the two OEM style slotted nuts? Finally, I cant find the stitching like yours, and I like that look as opposed to the diamond stitching.
Disregard the model question Duane, I found the Classic. Would like to know if the pillion attaches like an OEM one, and if you have any comments on the key lock adapter attachment for the Solo.
I just put on this 2018 CVO Solo Seat. I have the passenger Pillion coming in this week.. Very similar to the HD low profile.. but its made of leather.
Very Comfortable.. set me back and down just a tick..
I can highly recommend it.
I have a couple buddies with Corbins too.. Hard as a rock at first.. but once they break in I here they are incredible.

The Hollywood is thinner and smaller, more of a stylish set - the Classic Solo is a long-haul one.
Mine is configured as :
Medium Silver Logo - Light Silver Stitch - Charcoal Snake Bands - Black Natural Seating - Black Natural Welts - Black Natural Sides
I've have the matching pillion, never have really installed it - think I test fit it when new and that's it.
Corbin gets a bad rap from some for being "too hard" but if you are going to spend a day in the seat, you want firm and supportive, not soft and mushy.
Here's two more photos - showing the backrest (which I rarely use)

If you decide you like the Harley low profile seat, I have one in excellent condition with the matching passenger pillion. It's the smooth variety. I bought it for my 2017 Street Glide. I found it very comfortable and the wife liked the fact it's flat as apposed to street glide variety. Only reason I'm selling it is because I have a '18 CVO Limited now and dont need it. $250 for both pieces plus shipping.

Hi Gunny,
I might take you up on that, can you post up a pic?
Must admit, I'm very pleased with my Wide Tripper.
Had a Corbin Hollywood Solo on my last bike but didn't fit the new one.
I didn't want to spend the money on a new Corbin as they're so costly once shipping to the UK is added!!

I'll get it out and take some pics of it later this morning. Ive had several Mustang wide trippers. My only gripe with them is they have a smooth upward curve and don't seem to plant your butt in one place for stability. That's my opinion
Here's a few pics of my HD low profile seat. I said excellent condition, like new would be a better description. As you can see, it has more of a bucket type seat than the Mustang and seems to keep you in place better.
