Good deal. What exact cap were you using? Please post up on fitment too.
The specific part number is 63134-10A. Here is a pic that was posted on the Road Glide forum on fitment. I will post pics when mine is installed. I wish I would have read that thread before spending the money on the Jim Nasi cap. It sucks spending money on junk. Plus I can't get a return call from them. This looks like the solution. Thanks to Lord Vader on Roadglideforum for doing the homework here and the pic credit to Lord Vader on Same forum.
I like the look of the dash, did you install with the stock rubber gasket? What vendor has the best price for the dash?
Yes I used the cap as it came out of the box. I purchased the Dash from my Local Indy got a small discount and supported him at the same time. I ordered the original Nasi cap from Jim Nasi and it is junk. Still have not received a call back or email. I would buy the Dash anywhere but there in case there is a problem.
Picked up the Sportster flush cap today. Solved the leaky cap problem with the Jim Nasi Cap. This will work and no leaks!
Thanks for posting up pictures and the part number for the Sportster cap, it looks really good! I've had my dash about a year now, had some issues with the cap and I'm ready to ditch it.

No worries brother. I got the info off the RoadGlide forum. My cap was leaking right out of the gate and started to damage the powder coat. Worst 65 bucks I've ever spent. I was ready to ditch the Dash altogether. You will be happy.
