Lots of details. Talked to the owner, he's had it this way for 4 years...it's holding up really well.
Wonder if he's peeled paint off the bottom of the bags, sure doesn't look like much lean angle available there. Not a fan of brown bikes, but I have to admit, that's a good looking bike. I also like a leather seat that looks like leather, goes well with almost any color.

I watched (and listened) to him ride away. He hit is air button when he sat down...lifted it up some for better clearance. Then he turned on his stereo...could not even hear the pipes after that.

I've been wearing these boots almost everyday for the last 6 years.
Every 3-4 months I usually clean them, polish them with some black cream and then put some mink oil on them.
I went a bit longer this time-
But a little bit of work and they are looking good again, and sealed up from further damage.
I've been very impressed with these HD Lynx Waterproof boots. They're comfortable, lightweight, waterproof and good in all temps. I'll probably be looking to get another pair in a year or so.

I've had a pair of Ridge boots, for the last six years or so. They're designed for LEO, EMT, and other people that spend all day on their feet, very comfortable & lightweight.

I have had some Danner Matterhorn boots that I bought about 20 years ago when I was still in the Army. Scrub with a brush and then some mink oil and they are still waterproof. Gortax and thinsulate came as standard on them. Pretty advanced boots for their age. They were worn everyday for 6 days on tour in Northern Ireland . Can't beat a good pair of boots!
Haven't had my new Street Glide Special a week yet. put just under 400 miles on it Saturday and maybe another 200 on it Sunday. On Sunday, rode up to Afton, IL and Grafton, IL along the Mississipi river. I also put a new replacement heat shield on my Wide Glide and even started it up, but it didn't get ridden. The SGS is new and getting all the love.
That's a lot of miles on a pair of boots. Literally
Yeah! Well over 150K riding miles...who knows how many walking. lol
