First day of spring... Frozelandia is playing another joke on us, white again out there. At least it's warm enough it's melting on contact with the roads, no sign of salt - yet - so getting a little bit of pavement cleaning. Walked my granddaughter (she didn't walk, daughter forgot her shoes/boots) yesterday in a stroller to a nearby park, let her enjoy the swings, slides and some kind of big climbing thing with plastic tubes. Was nice to be warm enough to be out a while without a hat and gloves. Something about making your kid laugh and smile makes you feel good, even when you're not really having fun yourself.
Old pair of Grandpa's socks out of his rag box kept the little toes warm. Gotta werk with what ya got.
