I used what normally shows for the front signals, same size light. For mine I also used a short style bar. The HD one is a bit pricey, there are aftermarket ones too. I had blue dots I installed but went back to plain red.
That won't fit right out of the box due to your fender having the standard square tail light. Are you planning on drilling/welding up the fender and making them work ?
There is one with similar style that will bolt directly. If interested, look up 2007-2009 Street glide rear turn signals. Looks like this:

Well doesn't that suck, Ill look today. The light bar was free and new OEM so I can't complain and I figured out the wiring.
