I got this primary cover laying around, the box says it is for 99 up which would be twinkie, but the cover, someone says is for evo. I have seen some with access opening and some cast closed. And has the 5 hole derby cover setup. Any help identifying this cover would be helpful. I only have the one in a bag. I can get a better pic later.

You have the OEM part number right there...don't know how much more identity you can get...it is for 99-06
If you want to know if it will fit an EVO...I would say yes...back to 95ish...the only difference being the 5 hole cover instead of a 3 hole.
The 5 hole derby cover means its 99 or later, just as the box says. Its a short primary cover, so its for FL touring bikes or the last FXR bikes built in 2000 to use up leftover Evo motors. Pretty much what it says on the box. What else do you need to know? What are you trying to use it for?
I have it for sale in the Touring section and a member suggested selling it in the EVO section, so that started me questioning if it was in the wrong box. It is what I thought, so I will leave it there in the touring section.

The 5 hole derby cover is a dead giveaway that that primary is for a twinkie.
Whoever told you it was for an EVO is an idiot!!!
