Does anyone see a reason why that might not work ??
- Just an update. I added the +1 jiffy stand from Performance Machine. I see no change in the lean. But I'm going to leave the new stand on. I might add a washer between mount and frame of the top 2 bolts. Have to look closer to the floorboard mounts. If they are connected together.

Same here, the PM +1 jiffy stand didnt make as much difference as I thought it would, even though its an inch longer than stock it's at the same angle. It is a much nicer stand with a longer extension arm for extending/retracting. Ended up added two washers behind each of the two top holes of the jiffy/floorboard mounting plate and it's much better now.

I know this thread is kinda old but I have the same issue. I wasted money on that +1 PM stand ...............I don't understand the washer fix? Can someone explain it better so that I can have my bike stand a tad bit more upright?

I've looked for the service bulletin and can't find it.

Here's the service bulletin for the 2009

MikeBel, not sure I got it right. If you put two washers behind the top bolts it seems to me that the bike will stand straighter. Is that what you wanted? My RK is lowered 1' and I have to lean the bike to the right to open the jiffy stand. I think I should add space behind the lower bolts. Am I wrong?
