I installed the lowers on my SG on Sunday. They went really smooth. There is a small fitment issue on the left side. I need to reach out to Advan Black to discuss it with them. I am extremely happy with the lowers though, as far as the functionality. They do a great job blocking the cold air and they will keep a lot of the fatigue away while on my long trips.
I finally had a chance to install my Fuel Moto Jackpot Street Outlaw mufflers and new iso-grips. Im a little disappointed in the mufflers as I thought they would be a little louder than what they are, especially at idle.
Note the Street Outlaw mufflers are tunable for sound level. If you want to make them louder its as simple as removing the dB inserts in the back of the muffler, there are three bolts that hold them in. They can be removed/installed in minutes.
s'pose I could do the once over with formula 409 and some wax.........cant ride the damn thing.....less i wanna dress up like an eskimo.......which I don't.
