Not yet, I decided to re-arrange my garage first. It was a mess if some of you remember the post I did and everyone bashed me about my garage and the OCD guys gigged me for every little thing on my bike that wasn't symetrical (it was a good thread). So I corrected all that and I have been cleaning/organizing my garage. So now I am waiting for the GF to clean up her mess then free up the table I need to put all the parts on.
I did get this done. When installing most bars and you are adding HD heated grips, you need to cut 3/8" off the left side. I have a Ryobi 18V cutoff saw, tip: buy the good blades such as Milwaukee. So it is a start. I have to put a window regulator/motor in my beater next to keep the window from falling down, then hopefully I can get to tearing down the bars.

Pulled the old bars off last night, started wiring the new ones. Got the twist grip and switch wires ran. Had to cut the sleeve off the switch housing wires trying to get the twist grip some more room. Luckily I have the small green connector but it got stuck at the first peak. lucky there is only an inch of slack and the twist grip is secured to the slots in the end of the bar. If I ever have to pull wires out again, I will take the time to cut the plugs and solder and heat shrink. Will make running the wires easier. Getting the twist grip off was really easy. Seen videos where they take the end plug off and run the wires, I had enough room to pull the twist grip out to the point where I unplugged the green and black plugs and pulled the wire out the bottom of the bars. Will do the left side this weekend. On the heated grips you have to run a power wire down the bars and under the tank to an aux connector. I could pull the seats, side cover, tank and so forth and still have to cut/splice the wires so I think I will just cut it and resplice it under the nacelle after I run then through the bars.

Small green plug is still too big

Heated grip wireing. Had to remove the connector because I ran this in the old bar and out one of the wire loom holes

Right side done. is a good time to slid the hand grip on and test the twist. Mine was good.
