You can still buy them. HD don't offer it as a complete setup anymore, but you can still buy all the parts individually.

The dash only is part # 71758-07

Also would this fit a 2015 deluxe. If not want is the limiting factor

My engraved parts arrived today.

The first piece fitted....tail light housing.

The rest will be installed tomorrow.
