Default Opinions on relocating front signals?

I'm on the fence about relocating my front turn signals. On one hand, the fork looks cleaner with them on the bars. On the other hand, (there are five more fingers) they create some glare on the windshield hanging from the bars.

Yeah, yeah... I know... "It's my bike, I should make it the way I want it." But, I want some insight, thoughts, suggestions, etc.

No, I won't remove them completely. As much as I'd like to be sleek and cool, I like being 'seen'. Hell, I felt guilty scraping the 'fleckers off the fender for the backrest.

Personally I like them on the forks much better. The HD ones I have stick out a little farther than I would like but not to bad.

In the under $50 thread, there is a link on how to move them pretty cheap.

I really like them on the forks. I used the idea mentioned from the "Under Fifity Thread".

when I had a windshield and stock signal location I thought the orange reflective glow from the signals was cool looking.
I feel they look fine on your bars... one thing for sure in the dark everyone will know your on a harley and not a metric due to signal location.

Yeah, the glow is cool looking, when I'm sitting still, but it's distracting while moving. Pre-Harley ownership, I could tell one by the turn sig location.

I think I might just move them to lose the glare/glow.

I felt the same way, deciding factor for me was that if I mounted them on the forks I wouldn't be able to hide the wiring as well. I used the chrome Screamin Eagle Dyna signal mounts that tuck them up higher and closer to the hand controls, they also position them more outboard, which may eliminate the glare in your windshield.
