Default 16 inch apes for a 06 street bob
I have a set of 16 inch apes that I want to change out from the stock mini apes, has anyone done this and if so what cables should I order?

i'm not 100% positive, but i think you would need cables that are 6 inches longer than your stock cables. hope this helps.

i put 16" Road 6 Customs apes on my 08 bob, and used +6 cables.

i just put 16's on my 08. i used 39'' throttle and idle cables, 52'' brake and 76'' clutch from dennis kirk and was very pleased

16" look awesome, I'm gonna make some for my bob,

did you all internal wire and were the std wires long enough to do the job?

the std wires do seem quite long.

I went +6 on all mine and the clutch cable seems alittle to long. Your stock wiring should be plenty long enuff to run internally.
