I found this on another forum, and tried it.............It seems to work pretty well
Heres what you can use Pledge on.
It can be used on paint, chrome, windshields, rims or any other hard surfaces requiring cleaning and shining. (just about anything)
I used it to clean my bike even if there was light dust on it but if it needed a washing, it got washed first before using the Pledge.
The only places that I don't suggest using it on is the tires and other rubber parts due to the make up of the product that could cause deterioration of the rubber parts with repeated use.
Leather is another place I don't suggest using it on either.
I use old "T" shirts to wipe it off and if you spray it on the surface, use it sparingly and wipe off turning the cloth as you go. Over applying it will usually result in streaking but can be removed with a clean cloth.I know if I were standng in front of you and telling you this you would probably look at me funny.

Vinylex for black parts and black rubber. Good stuff. This must be the 1001 post on pledge this year alone. The wife went looking for it to clean the house and I told her it was in teh garage. She was a little upset to say the least.
I just bought 5,000 shares today of SC Johnson due to the amount of Pledge being bought just for motorcycle use these days. Hopefully I'll get rich. And remember it's not just for furniture anymore.
