Wow, tough crowd. Yeah, we get there is nothing "old Skool" about a fuel injected, rubber mounted Twin Cam, but given the style the bike was built in, the clearly retro paint scheme and classic feel it has, old school is not a bad choice of wording. Especially compared to all the flat black spray bombs that so much of this forum calls old school. Not to mention this is a garage "built" bike, not a cookie cutter custom.

so it could be a "retro" looking, then? i think the paint on this bike is awesome, and i can appreciate the fact , the guy does his own work, love the scallops and color, i dont want to get into a pissing match or **** anyone off, i just asked,
cause like when someone tells me hes a old school skatboarder , i think of a 2x4 and my sisters metal skates.. thats all..
IMO "old school" is a term that can either be used to describe a style or influence in style or it can also be used to describe an original originator of something. Either way chill the $&@! out an stop being so ****.... Unless your into that kind of thing. Lol

I've got to say I understod your question the first time, just wanted to know in what mood you were... Well Bikerlaw answered perfectly, but I would ad that you're right, nothing oldschool about my bike, it's just en tendency, I don't like to put a label or categorize everything, but you've got to admit that "old school street bob" is way shorter than " a modern injected bike with a yesteryear touch to it..."
