Please help . Had to replace Shift lever on 2017 Low Rider S . Also installed aftermarket shifter linkage . After assembling back together clutch would not engage / bike stays in gear . Everything torqued by the book . Need advise what might be a problem . Any help would be much appreciated .

Replacing the linkage should not affect the action of the clutch. I would perform a full clutch and cable adjustment by the book, at least to eliminate that as a cause.

 

Got it figured . Clutch plates were stuck . Rocked it back an forth few times and it helped . Appreciate your response .
