Default Help 03 flht

Had been riding bike no issues. Then I did oil change put Fram filter now I have oil blowing out breather tubes so bought a Harley filter and cleaned air filter.same thing took to work have oil all over right side of bike had to stop a buy a quart of oil to get home . What would cause this from simple oil change

How much oil did you put in on your oil change? sounds like you overfilled it

I may have overfill a little but after first Incident all I did was change oil filter filled with oil. Cleaned air filter when I got to work Che ked oil 1/2 qt low riding home about 55 miles took a whole qt to just reach stick

You may know this, you may not. (But it is a place to start.)
The service manual for my '98 FLHT says to check oil level:
"With the vehicle resting on the jiffy stand, wipe off the
dipstick and insert it back into the oil tank with the plug
pushed completely into the fill spout."

I run my TCs half quart low cold. But I doubt oil changing is causing you blow oil out. Even if the filet was problem, you replaced it. You said it is now low in stick, so it should stop if it was over filled.

How long have you had bike and how many miles?

Classic?????

I have had the bike since October. I ride every chance I get.

I'll also guess at too much oil.
