Extreme vibrations after rear wheel change
Came home, installed it and took the opportunity to check belt tension and wheel alignment.
set the correct belt tension per by the book(8-9,5mm with rear wheel in the air)
90 degrees at the front and 90 degrees at the rear
Rear axle measurement was straight as well.
when I went out for the first ride I noticed the bike vibrates ALOT more, so I went home and rechecked everything again. And everything still good. I even loosened up my exhaust and torqued it.
The only thing I can notice is that my belt almost rubs against outer side of the rear pulley(about 0.10-0.20mm between belt and pulley side wall)
So I tried to get it more away from the side but if I do I dont get the rear axle lined up correctly?
So Im asking for some input on what I should check at or any kind of advice really..
Im 100% the wheel isnt of in the balance or the bearing isnt bad since he checks all that.
The bike is a 2011 FXDWG.

Generally if the wheel is out of alignment and the belt rubs against the edge of the pulley, you won't feel anything but there will be increased wear on the belt.
