Default Extreme vibrations after rear wheel change

Okey, so I’ve had the bike on the lift whole winter, and last week I removed the rear tire to replace it and my local tire guy.
Came home, installed it and took the opportunity to check belt tension and wheel alignment.
set the correct belt tension per by the book(8-9,5mm with rear wheel in the air)
90 degrees at the front and 90 degrees at the rear
Rear axle measurement was straight as well.

when I went out for the first ride I noticed the bike vibrates ALOT more, so I went home and rechecked everything again. And everything still good. I even loosened up my exhaust and torqued it.

The only thing I can notice is that my belt almost rubs against outer side of the rear pulley(about 0.10-0.20mm between belt and pulley side wall)

So I tried to get it more away from the side but if I do I don’t get the rear axle lined up correctly?

So I’m asking for some input on what I should check at or any kind of advice really..
Im 100% the wheel isn’t of in the balance or the bearing isn’t bad since he checks all that.

The bike is a 2011 FXDWG.

A wheel / tire can be in balance but still have physical runout that causes vibration
Put it on the lift and check it

Radial runout
i.e. does the tire have a "high spot" as it spins ?
Balance can correct for a HEAVY spot, but does nothing for HIGH

Double check that tire is completely seated on the rim. Look at the tire where it meets the rim. Some tires have a thin ring/line molded in them so you can see if not fully seated. The ring will be closer to the rim in the area that is not fully seated.

Thanks for the tips, will check next time I’m in the garage, damn work keeping me from it 😅

Any advice regarding the belt tracking so hard to the outer lip?

Belts normally track to the left forward and to the right in reverse

I'd bet Yankee Dog is the most correct. Tire not completely seated. Generally there is a line right next to the edge of the rim on the tire. It should be the same distance from the rim all the way around the tire. I guess it's possible that the wheel may be out of true or there is some defect in the tire.. Micheline C3 have been known for this.

Generally if the wheel is out of alignment and the belt rubs against the edge of the pulley, you won't feel anything but there will be increased wear on the belt.
