Been a while since I have been on this sight and my history is usually EVO motors. I have a new to me 2013 110 with 40k miles stock with borezilla exhaust. This thing sounds to ticky for me so I plan on head springs. New lifters adj pushrods .027 head gaskets with Andrews 57h can you cut these heads to get compression close to 10.2? Anyone done this? Any help would be appreciated.

My 110 heads were done by @Hillsidecycle.com. I'm sitting at about 10.5:1. Scott set me up with a package deal. 58mm throttle body, injectors, stage I heads with beehive springs, S&S 570 cams, S&S lifters, and adjustable pushrods. Dyno'd with my Power Vision.

thank you for that. Scott walked me through a evo 113 woods 9b build
Ticky and CVO 110 have a lot in common.. The springs are the culprit.. Best to repair now because it's a good possibility the lifters are on the way out.. Common... Scott will set the heads up properly... Funny thing is I was just talking to him Friday about that exact problem where here told me that at approximately 350 lb on the valve there is a flutter/ distortion that beats the hell out of the axles on the lifters and next thing you know, BANG....
I had him do my stock 103 heads to stage 4 heads and put them on a 110" build with many other upgrades.. 129/125... he's now setting up my S&S wheels and boring the cases to a 117"er..

damn dude that rips did you do the flywheels as well
The S&S precision work well and the Fueling slow bleed is also a good unit. I have been using COMP Cams Pro Magnum hydraulic roller 875-4.. They are a lifter with limited travel and High rpm for LS engines.. They work very well and are pretty quiet.. I'm running 180 lbs on the seat and 400 at .600" lift.
