Wife's car gets Garage Therapy Tire Serum, or Detail Co. Guardian.
My truck, Guardian
Customer's - Guardian
Have not tried Yum Dress. Yet
Guardian is a very good product that you can use straight, 1:1, or 1:5. Very economical and looks fantastic.
My preference is to not have my tires look like a glazed donut.
Was there a Armour All comment???
I don`t really need shine but I would like them black not brownish /purple , which is what I get with most products
In the `70s we wiped them down with lacquer thinner, maybe I`ll try that
You will like the chemical guys stuff, that is exactly what you get a Matt sheen, doesn’t look wet and you can touch it after it dries no sticky residue.
I have tried everything out there best stuff I have found, like others have stated clean the tires with a rough brush I like soft scrub or mix a paste with comet, use a wire tire brush with whitewalls or raised letters
jack stands or jack to spin wheel, just don’t get under vehicle of course, a tire applicator is awesome don’t use regular towel you will get fabric threads sticking to it. I tried to get two coats. Once a year for the most part but I don’t drive in the rain.
