Default Cam job oil pump question

Working on my stage 2 in my 2023 ultra limited. Shouldn't I see oil flow out the feed port to the chain tensioner when rotating the rear wheel? I've rotated the wheel several times maybe 40 or 50 times and see nothing coming out. The cam plate and oil pump are new.

So since the plugs was out. I disconnected the fuel pump and turn over the engine with the starter. I didn't want to stress the starter so I hit with 5 second bust waiting a few minutes between so the starter wouldn't get hot. It took about 5 times and yeah I got oil pressure. It squirted for 3 feet. LOL
