M8 Handlebar swap - am I correct in my thinking?
Hi,
I have aftermarket bars on my Trike and they are getting too wide for me to be comfortable with. I am going to swap for Narrow Sweepers. The last time I swapped bars was on a 2010 Ultra and all the wires had to be spliced. Am I correct in thinking that now everything is wired to connectors? Since the bars will be a bit more narrow I should have no problem with the existing length. Is it as simple as removing the control housings, disconnecting the cable (s) and then re-pull through new bars? I swore the last time I would never do this again.
