Here's the short version...
Shoulder pain and issues for 10 years.
Found a doc that would listen and he sent me to Ortho Surgeon.
April 21 they dug out a cyst in the shoulder joint that was killing a primary nerve, and fixed a labrum tear.
I am wondering from some others that have had shoulder surgery, what was your return to riding timeline?

if you dont it might not ever be good.. it apparently hurts to do the therapy, but I know if I ever do, Ill push myself.
oh I am doing the therapy. I am following it to the letter. I'm not risking long term problems. I soent 10 years in pain cause my old doc sucked.

They want be to do dual rotator cuff surgery on me, too much abuse over the years. Told me 3 months between with therapy, 6 months down from riding. Been pushing it off for 2 years now. At the point now that neuropathy is kicking in. Uggggg!
