Corbin Saddles
When I received my saddle, it was approximately two inches too short for my bike. I was able to contact customer support and they advised me the saddle I had received appeared to be for a regular Dyna Glide and not a Dyna Wide Glide.
There are a few key differences in the seats according to the model of bike that don’t allow for them to be interchangeable. One difference being placement of the rear fender tab bolt.
Customer support advised they would ship out a longer fender tab bracket to make the seat work on my bike. I received the new one inch longer bracket and it looked like someone had just cut a piece of flat stock and drilled some holes in it and called it good. It wasn’t sanded, polished or anything. I placed the new, longer, gaudy looking bracket on my brand new Corbin saddle at the maximum length setting and it was still too short to reach my rear fender tab bolt.
I proceeded to reach back out to customer service stating I wanted to ship the seat back and a refund due to the fact they could not get their product right and customer support was just trying to make the wrong seat to work. They advised me they could cut another even longer bracket with more length adjustability, however they could not issue a refund or give me any other option to remedy the issue.
Gripe is with the vendor, not Corbin. They sold you the wrong seat. They are the ones who should be refunding you, not Corbin.
The vendor was a direct representative from Corbin.
Let us know how it turns out.
Hell no! So YOU as the consumer chose to go thru a 3rd party wholesaler vs going thru the mfr's website for your purchase. Yet, YOU as the consumer have an issue with the mfr who supplied what said 3rd party ordered...... They are a reseller, if a reseller f's up, they own it, not the manufacturer. The mfr only supplies what was ordered by said 3rd party that YOU have no idea who it is. How is this possibly Corbins (the mfr) fault?
Another example, if I go to YOU as a custom parts guy and order me a set of rims for a 1968 Mustang in custom tan colored from SS Cragar and they come back as a 6 lug pattern that doesn't fit, its the manufacturers fault?
Again, NO, it's YOUR fault, the mfr only supplies with what was ordered. The 3rd party is the ones to make it right and absorb the cost but since YOU have no idea who you ordered from blames the MFR and expects them to make it right.
Now if I ordered directly from SS Crager and they supplied the wrong rims, I would absolutely expect them to own it.
I already gave to a fix. Own it, move on or....

The credit card will give you the leverage to make it right. If you paid cash, You're SOL unless you want to take the seller to small claims court.
