Default OEM lifter cuffs install
Is there any alignment procedure for installing the OEM plastic lifter cuffs on a Milwaukee 8 engine? The manual just says install the anti rotation device and torque the bolt.

No sir, no clearance to be set like the S&S.

Just don't pour the red loctite on there

I was second guessing my installation of them. I read the instructions for them in the manual which just simply said install them and torque the bolt. So I just pressed them down over the lifters and torque the bolt. I installed the pushrods and button it up. Just wanted to be sure that's all there was to it. Harley Davidson has been known to be vague with instructions.

^ It is at this time that I will notice the extra washer sitting on the bench.
