My wife wants passenger floorboards for the 07 Fatty but they weren't listed in the big book as available. Mounting brackets 50399-05 were listed for 06 models though. I recently received a HD accessory catalog and it listed brackets for the 07 as 50399-07. Neither the HD website nor any other parts vendors show this as a good part number. Is the 50399-07 & 50399-05 the same part with just a model year update?
I can't help you with the numbers but I just put them on my 03 fatbay. I really hate them, they stick out and I keep catching my ankles when I'm moving in and out of the garage. BUT, My wife would chop my hands off if I attempted to take them off. She loves them. Be carefull if you start looking at e-bay for them. Lots of people don't understand what fits what, you need the proper mounting brackets. Don't get taken.
I also was looking for floorboards for my 07 FB for the same reason, but no luck. I believe, that a folding passenger floorboard would not fit with the stock exhaust. Current hardwarewould stick out too much and like someone already mentioned, would interfere with the operation of the bike.

You MIGHT also try looking at the floorboard mounts for the Deluxe (FLSTNI). Many (but not all!)of the FB, DLX, and Springer parts are interchangable and can create nice looks.
