Looking to replace my tank emblems on my Heritage Softail. Any body know a few good websites. I want the 1994 Silver/White Fatboy Emblems if I can find them. E-bay is the only place ive found them, but $240 seems really expensive. Ideas???
I would just ask your dealer. They could order them if they did not have them in stock. That is what I did and they were considerably cheaper than ebay.
when i replaced my emblems (medallions as they call them), i ordered them from www.surdyke.com that was the best price i could find. i do normally buy a lot of stuff from ebay, but these were a lot cheaper from surdyke
You will not be able to order those 1994 emblems thru harley unless you can prove you own a 94 FLSTN and you will have to turn in a damaged one to get a replacement. Attached is a picture of the 94 nostalgia I used to own before a house fire clamed it..
Having never been a big fan of the badging on most HD tanks - I opted to use the decals from an 883 Iron ~ Matched the color of the pinstripes and the fender stripes I had painted. And considerable less expensive than the badges.
The badges on my 2014 FatBoy were very similar to what you pictured but have the larger part of the center in black and the very center has a star with red surrounding it. I removed them. Let me know if you're interested, Here's a pic, I'm no photographer.
