Default Breakout adjustable

I ordered 2 sets of Oberon adjustable levers and neither of them fit (2004+ softail, and touring) neither of them fit.

The clutch fit from the touring model but not the brake. What model harley does the breakout have the same brake lever as. Nobody lists the breakout as having available levers. The harley dealer said they are only for the breakout and not for any other bike, but they know less than most laymans.

on the hd site it lists the levers as fitting: Fits '96-'03 XL, '96-later Dyna®, '96-'14 Softail®, and '96-'07 Touring models...

HERE is a link to the HD page with fitment.

i would find it very difficult to believe harley or any other major manufacturer would make levers for just one bike. that is a waste of tooling for a nothing part.

Didn't the front brake change on 15 softails? Might not be anything yet?

The brake is ABS and apparently there is a little nub that the "touring" levers don't have. The softail version are different all together.

It all adds up to more stopping power with less effort.

One of his other threads is:

"Just got my 2015 Breakout back from shop with some goodies, but they scratched my tank"

And he mentions it is a 15 in the clutch conversion tread too I think...

then looks like he has to wait for the aftermarket to catch up with a new design

Yes it is a 15'. I thought the 14' and 13' had abs as well. I guess not. I hate having to wait for crap to be released as I am one of those people who fix my toys up immediately as I am one for I stant gratification.

i don't think it is an ABS issue as the previous ones do have ABS...
