I was thinking about putting Apes on my 06 Classic .Just wondering what people think about apes? do you think they would look good on a classic? and how do you go about pick out the right size for your bike I am not the tallest person, and how are they on long rides. any input is welcome.

I've got "16's on my FXSTC. I like em, but don't do any long rides anymore (got a bad neck). They are OK. My hands don't fall to sleep, even doing a 100 mile trip. I think apes look good on anything, but you'll need to check the local laws. I know Oklahoma says the bars can't be higher than your eyes.

 

I've got some apes on my 06... didn't like them at first but they have grown on me now. Long trips aren't bad at all, I actually think they are more comfortable. They keep my back straight so my lower back doesn't hurt on long trips anymore. Pic is in the sig. if you want to see some more let me know.
