hello all just joined and already have a debatable ? I own a 1993 Fat Boy that I am doing a pretty much ground up and I am trying to find out what is the best all around gear Ratio the bike came with a 2.94 I am wanting to ride with group that runs in the high 70s to 80s and don't want to hold them back I would like to keep some hole shot speed and lower my top end RPMs . My tire size is MT 90B 16 I am going to change the rear pulley to a 65 tooth if I change trans pulley to a 34 tooth by my figures I would still have the 2.94 if I use a 33 tooth I would be running a 3.036 so for those fat boy riders which would be better for my use and not rattle my teeth out will have pictures when finished
