Speedometer issues on Softail Crossbones
I came out this morning to do a few things on the Crossbones and immediately noticed my speedometer. With the ignition in the off position all of the dummy lights are lit up.
With the ignition in the on position, the dummy lights dim, but do not completely go out and the mileage is not coming up at all.
The only thing I can think of was that it had to sit outside yesterday and it rained, but it's sat in the rain before and never had this issue.
Has anyone else run in to this issue?

As much as I like the combo speedo I think the seal quality is lacking, mine got a little water in when I rode in a downpour.
I noticed it a couple of days later when it stood in the sun for a while and condensate formed on the LCD and the glass.
My guess it would work if you could dry it out some how.

@1004ron: I agree about the combo speedo. Have loved it since I got it. There was condensation so I unplugged everything took it out if the dash and took a heat gun to it to remove the condensation. Maybe if it sits all night, if there is any condensation left it will evaporate.
