The only problem you will have with the way it runs is that it's going to be really hard to muster up enough restraint to ride it nice during the breakin period. My '07 is setup a lot like yours except that I have Rush pipes, and it easily pulls a ton up in 4th gear with more power to go.

how about the break in? some say run it close to hard others say easy does it. also have heard break it in how you plan to ride. thoughts?

Personally, I take it easy during the break-in period. For a variety of reasons. Lets the parts mesh as they should, lets YOU mesh with the bike, etc. Then, ride it like you stole it!! Enjoy!!
