Default Fatboy front end year changes

Quick question.

I want to buy risers and handlebars for my 95 Fatboy and I see a deal for risers off a 2011. Are the front ends the same?

Thanks

Can someone tell me what year wheels would be compatible with the 95 fatboy?

Here`s a few:

Direct swap:`90-`99 Fatboy wheels...`84-`99 Heritage spoked rear wheels.

Heritage spoked front wheels `86-`99 (need to change a spacer).
