i have this bolt on fork bag on my 97 softail custom, i need a new latch for it , it was on the bike when i bought it , does any one no who makes this type of bag ? there's no markings on it at all , thanks
Let's face it these bags are made then the pattern changed so finding an enclosure part might be difficult to find.
Also some leather shops custom make bags so then they are "one-offs".
If you really love the bag you might could take it to a leather shop and have a custom enclosure made/added or as "cocky" mentioned just buy a new bag.

I just got a new fork bag from Fox Creek leather. They custom spaced the "hang" holes for me so they would match up with my riser spacing. They have 3 different sizes and are pricey but quality/thickness is way better than any other I have perpersonaly seen
i bought the clutch/brake lever covers from fox leather . there are real high quality. i only need the screw part for the latch , if someone no's who make the bag it would be cheaper to see if i can get a new screw before i have to dish out 80 bucks for another bag.
