ya all think they would work on a fatboy with floorboards? looks like they may. I know it says its for basically only softails with forward controls, but just wandered if Anyone here may have any experience with this? thanks
I've used the Cycle Visions Go-Forward on my Fatboy. You would need to get a +2 rear brake line (Drag Specialties has one in black) and a couple of 1" shift rod extenders if you want to reuse your shift rod.

thanks for your reply next in line, it appears that the arlen ness kit is pretty much the same brackets only the ness kit comes with the longer brake line and shift rod

appears to be anyways
Pretty sure that's correct.
I did as Next In Line did with the GoForward and a custom brake line on a Slim. Would have bolted to the '10 Slim just the same.
They sure are proud of those brackets! Bit pricey for what you get. Probably work fine with floorboards though.
An extended (just like stock but +2" / +3" longer) rear brake line is around 100- (retail) by itself. I worked in a shop that was charging 250- per hour for CNC machine time.
