I have a 2010 Deluxe and thought I needed the chrome uppers along with the chrome lowers. I found a great deal on lowers and then found some uppers. When I received the uppers I am not so sure the ones on my bike aren't already chrome. So, do the Deluxes come with chrome uppers??
