I bought a 14 X 14 Windvest.
It goes well with the lines of the bike, but obviously it doesn't do as good of a job as one of those big ugly windshields.
It does a good job of keeping wind off of my face and chest, butI get a lot of wind from under it, and it blows right into my nose.

It looks real good though. I will show that to the father-in-law. Thanks for the info!
I don't know the actual part number but I bought a Harley detachible windshield pretty cheep on Ebay. It's made for a Standard and/or Night Train.
I don't use it too much but when I do It's worth it's weight in gold!
In this particular picture it looks like it's a nice day but it's not even 40 degrees outside. Without the windshield and the chaps, I probably wouldn't have been riding. [sm=smiley20.gif]

Those HD quick disconnects go on and off in about three seconds. It's by far the best mounting system available, bar NONE..
Where Spider removes his, I leave mine on all the time, so "style" was important to me. There will be more "function" with the HD windshield.
