Springer handlebar help

I'm trying to Id these bars. Do you know who makes them? They obviously have a mild curve outward but they also curve in the hand grip area reducing the pull back. Any help you can give would be appreciated!

Nope, no idea. But I am wiling to entertain the idea that someone knows.
That being said.... they are cool bars, non the less.
