i put rush slip ons on my heritage no other mods done at this time.
If i put on the fp3 will it eliminate the decel pop? if not what else needs to be done? I can't afford the super tuner full system dyno air cleaner route so. what say you?

Yes FP3 will help if the FP3 works on your ride.
What year is your bike?
Hell, why not add a big sucker and complete the stage 1?
Should help. I have a 2013 Heritage. For the first year was running only Vance and Hines Straight Shot slip on' s with a stock air cleaner. Lots of decel pop. Bought FP3 along with Arlen Ness Big Sucker. Decel pop all gone. It was that simple. So again I believe you should have the same results.

Do you have a high flow air cleaner?? The FP3 maps are designed for high flow A/C...If so, just flashing a new map should help, if there's still some popping, you can also use the FP3's "Decel Pop" feature, you can select from 3 different pop reduction levels...
I would just auto tune which ever map you use and see how it does.after you get done auto tuning I would put the moderate throttle setting in it and if you have a back firing or popping in the exhaust put in the first setting for that .if it still does it go to next setting.i used the universal slip ons map on my 2016 with the rush slip ons and worked out great.
