Default Front Wheel Size?

What size wheel is on the front? Is it raked out a bit? or is the front forks stock?

23" front wheel
+3 degrees HHI triple trees to compensate for larger wheel geometry
Upper fork tubes are coated in some diamond black Teflon stuff from Germany.
Initially had progressive springs but I found them way too harsh and dangerous on bumpy bends. Felt like I was running over bricks.
Now has new Gold valves setup and is way better. Still a fairly harsh ride but it is a lowered bike built for looks before handling
