5.75 "Led daymaker headlight will not fit in my stock headlight bucket any suggestions on why it wont fit???

 

I am in the same boat, bought everything harley suggestion(vibration damper and the daymaker) and it is too loose without the damper and wont fit with the damper.... is that your situation?

 

Yes but i did not go with the factory HD day maker... Although mine is the same dimension, it still will not fit correctly in the stock bucket. I have talked to a couple guys and I think I'm going to get a new headlight bucket without the damper... It is a ridiculous design that Harley came up with how it bolts up on the inside of the bucket
