There was a seller called Spacers Jim selling but dunno if he's still in the business. Till a few months ago there was another guy called Jim as well selling these spacers on ebay. Hope this might help you...
Last I checked, spacer jim is out. But you can still find him on the web. If ya email him, he might be able to throw some together. If not, ebay would be my next bet.
I took a piece of solid aluminum stock 2" diameter and took it down to 1.75 on a lathe
Then cut the 1.75" pieces and drilled. Remove 1 Stock riser bolt and measure. Add 1.75 inches to get your new bolt length. A machine shop can do this easily and cheap too. Paint or polish after that.
