Does anyone have lots of experience on both models? I imagine the Custom's stearing is a bit lighter, but the Fatboy is probably more stable on the highway because of the larger front tire... yeah/no? Any major differences in ride characteristics?
I raced and beat a drag queen with a lot of attitude on a night train off the lights at Kings Cross on Madi-Gras night Not kidding, true story hehehe...
The way I look at this is.....Everyone has a FatBOY, but it takes a special breed to own a DEUCE!!!!!!!!
A wise man once said "Everybody has an *******, some people have hemorrhoids"
Someone has to stick up for the Fatboys on here
But seriously I don't know what softtail I would get if I didn't have my fatty... they ALL look great and depending on what mood I was in or where I was going or who I was going with I think I could find a place in my heart and garage for ALL of them. I think we are all winners and all unique. Wouldn't it suck if everybody was the same... with the exception of VOTING for these c*cks*cker mainstream politicians we all have. You should all check out www.ronpaul2008.com , I haven't heard this much common sense for a politician... ever!
Whoops, went a bit off topic but its time to saveOUR world!
I got and love my standard, cause when it really comes down to it, if your going to customize it (New bars, possible fenders, etc...) go with the cheap base model and change it to what you liek the best then, unless ofcourse your going to leave it stock looking and like that specific look anyway...
Lets see...
