I believe you're going to be limited to purchasing somebody's used A/C cover or trim ring, otherwise the only ones I've seen available new from H-D are the "Screamin Eagle Harley-Davidson" ones. A quick eBay search brought up a few, but highest I saw was for 96ci...

I'd have to look, but I've got an entire assembly from a 2013 Switchback. Might even say High Output on it. I put a RSD cleaner on the bike as soon as I bought it. Hated the bike and traded it after 600 miles. Still have the breather stored overhead in the garage someplace.
