Default Is there really any difference?

Id like to get my controls out a little farther for a more comfortable riding position. So far ive found these two:

http://www.jpcycles.com/product/540-061 or

http://www.motosport.com/bikers-choi...mmy_source=pdp

I know its only 60 bucks, but 60 bucks is 60 bucks. They both seem pretty straight forward, except the bikers choice ones don't come with a brake line extension. So im a little confused about that. Anyone have any insight? thx

Probably they expect you to get a new brake line or do a reroute which I don't see you making up three inches. The ness product looks like a much better and complete piece in the picture. The braided brake line is a good upgrade and usually provides a better feel for your brakes. Price a braided brake line complete and the price difference won't be too much and one stop shopping. I've had good luck with Ness products except I've had to ask where it's made lately.

Never said they were better but they do come with everything u need to bolt on and go. I've had mine on for 10yrs and have never ran into a prob. I didn't place the kickstand back into the bracket, bought the ness rear adjustable one. That's the only thing I didn't use out of the kit.

Excuse my ignorance, bit what do you mean when you say that you didn't put the kickstand back into the bracket? Thanks.

One thing to keep in mind is that is will change the way the bike handles.

For me it was a negative thing but I didn't realize that until I went back to the stock position. Made a huge difference.

I'd rather say moving the foot controls changes the way you handle your bike
