I have the same fenders just holding off on paint. (might switch to longer rear fender) My dealer suggested the Alloy Art strut mount tail lights.

I would be interested in seeing how that HD turn signal mounts up

I think the custom dynamics all in one license plate cover would be cool to keep the back end clean

Strut lights are a possibility, and would make mounting bags very easy.
Besides the light bar posted previously.
I also found mounts that extend reward off the passenger peg mounts, and brackets that attach to the swing arm for directionals these are both from adjure and would utilize my current lights.
I'm hesitant to drill holes in the fender because of the nice clean lines. Once I put additional holes in the fender there is no turning back lol

If you decide to go with cutting up outer struts you could probably get away with not having to drill extra holes for the signals. I have lots of space between my outer struts and fender to mount signals

Update on slim, decided on touring bar on rear of fender

The custom dynamics plate is sweet, that may be a option in the future.
