how do i fit a fxstc 07 rear wheel to a fxsti 06 model rear wheel

Should swap directly because they both have 3/4" axles and the same size.

Same axle thats it different pulley as the FXSTC has a larger pulley due to it being a six speed box . also the FXSTC pulley has a raised back on it . I think the rota had a spacer or packing like the deuce . I have put the wheel in and it does not align

The axle spacers are different, just need to put the proper length on in to align it. Need to use your pulley because of the teeth difference on the pulley and belt. Brake rotors are the same part.

The 2006 hub is actually a little bit wider, thus your spacing issues. You'll probably need pulley spacers to match.
