Look up Hogpro. They might be able to help you or at least guide you. I have talked to them in the past and they have been very helpful.

A newer fatboy uses a 200 rear. You should be able to use that. Since you have converted to chain it should be no problem.

I converted to chain also but still have very little clearance between chain and tire.

The rear sprocket has to be aligned with the front sprocket...so you can't just add spacers to get more room in the back.

Heartland doesn't have a magic wheel to make this work. There are 2 ways to do it. One is you offset the wheel..so that is no longer centered in the frame. Harley actually did this on the first 200 tire bikes.

If you want the wheel centered in the frame...you have to move the chain over on the transmission end...there are offset sprockets...and even primary offset kits.

Thank you. I might be able to install a front offset sprocket and spacer on the rear if a 18x5,5 rim will cause problems with a 200 tire. I thought I could make everything fit without having to rip off the primary. But I'll probably end up with that since the magic wheel from Performance Machine dont do the maguc. I love your phrase "Heartland doesn't have a magic wheel to make this work"! Thanks!

I don't have the Heartland Kit because I wanted to get the 200 rear under my stock deuce fender first as the kit would look horrible with my stock 160 rear on my 04 deuce. Maybe down the road I will go with the heartland kit. I did deal with Hogpro and kinda went with his kit they have for the deuce. As JMANIACE stated above Hogpro is very helpful. There site was just updated so doesn't show anything about the deuce kit but they still have it available just phone and talk to Robert.

I've went with a 18" rim 5.5 wide and a metzler 200/55/18. I did have to go with the skinny 20 mm pulley and belt. Tranny seal is leaking so killing 2 birds with one stone when I change the belt. I am told it will all bolt up. It is being shipped to me as I speak so when I do get it I will let you know if it does just bolt up.

Default 18x5.5 rim with 200 metzler on back under stock fender

Just got my rim and pulley from HOGPRO and everything fits with no rubbing at all. Yes I did have to go to the smaller 135 tooth 20mm wide belt but didn't have to change anything in primary. I had to change a bunch of seals in primary so killed 2 birds with ones stone putting new belt on.
Robert at HOGPRO is excellent to deal with.

That looks SWEET! I am glad to see that they still have good service. I have used him as a resource in the past and they are awesome to deal with.
